Aegean earthquake, Turkey's latest earthquake news
Efforts are still going on to rescue Turkey's earthquake victims from the rubble, as Izmir was more damaging, in addition to the island of Samos, located in Greece.
As a result of the Turkish earthquake, 26 deaths so far, 887 injuries, and two deaths in Greece.
And from official news issued that the intensity of the earthquake reached 6.9 on the Richter scale, according to the Kandeli Institute in Istanbul, where it struck at a depth of 16 km. And 100 people were rescued from under the rubble.
Murat Korum, Minister of Environment and Urban Planning, indicated that urgent efforts are being made to rescue those under the rubble, as they have made appropriate interventions.
