tooth decay

Most people suffer from dental caries problems, especially among children, and this is caused by the bacteria surrounding the teeth, where these bacteria are called plaque.

  •  Fluoride in your teeth kills bacteria before it spreads to the teeth, which means that fluoride has an important role, which is present in the enamel, and the failure to brush teeth in a healthy and daily way, exacerbates the problem, due to the bacteria that produce acid and that eat the teeth, even if it Your mouth is full of it but contains types, so that acid produces more dangerous, i.e. cause of the problem, and these bacteria are transmitted by sharing the same tools, using the same cups and plates, or even direct kissing.
  •  Teeth have three layers:
  •  The enamel layer is the first layer in white and steel and contains a lot of minerals.
  •  The second layer is a yellow ivory layer that forms the enamel pillar and occupies the largest area.
  •  The third layer is the pulp layer, consisting of nerves that transmit the sensation and contain blood vessels.
  •  After attacking bacteria, the teeth spread to the enamel, then quickly deepen into the dentin and begin to eat the pulp region, the region responsible for pain when bacteria start eating nerve endings, and will lead to great pain.
  • Decay spreads very quickly to the rest of the teeth, and pain occurs in the form of short rings, sometimes it continues to reach an hour or more in one attack, and there are several types of tooth decay.
  • There is a type called smooth decay and it occurs in the form of a white point in the tooth, then begins to spread in the enamel layer, and gradually reaches the pulp. And this type spreads, especially among young adults.
  • There is another type called root decay which is more painful, where one is forced to remove a tooth that has decay, and it begins to spread over the root of the tooth, and it is a result of dehydration and excessive intake of sugars and of course the lack of dental care.
  • Fissure decay also occurs in the most vulnerable areas near molars, and spreads faster than other types, and even if you take care of your teeth, you will not be able to reach these places with brushing, especially those who are lazy to wash their teeth.
  •  Dental precautions must be taken to protect the teeth, and proper methods to stop its spread must be known
  • Choose a suitable and experienced doctor and follow him regularly.
  •  Good oral hygiene, knowing the correct way to get to the holes in the teeth, and watching YouTube any testimony of the way to do that and taking it seriously.
  • Eating healthy and reducing sugars, not only for the safety of the teeth, but for the safety of the body as a whole.
  • Use a mouth odor remover, to feel fresh and to avoid embarrassment further.
  • A big difference occurs when you know the problem of tooth decay before spreading, which is why it is recommended to visit the dentist regularly.
  •  And in case of pain, clove lotion, saline solution, apple cider vinegar compresses can be used.
